Basic Solutions was founded in Houston, TX in 2018. What was once a merchandising and service company has expanded into a distributor and direct store delivery. Basic Solutions serves the Texas area with a significant presence in Houston, Dallas, and Austin; as well as Illinois with a majority presence in Chicago. Basic Solutions has also recently expanded more into the Midwest Market, Milwaukee, Michigan, and surrounding states.
Basic Solutions' leadership brings more than 60 years of combined experience in the grocery and food industry. With more than 20 dedicated team members, we help your brand grow across the central United States. With more than 10 major grocery store chains and various nationwide brands, Basic Solutions provides support for all stages, products, and necessities.

Repsly is a platform that allows our merchandising team to upload real-time photos, orders, and comments within each store visit. With personalized forms, photo organization, ordering capabilities, and more, our team is able to get more done for you in the stores. All data and information is sent back to the main office where reports are created, images are shared, and growth can be monitored. Each brand and each product is able to have its own customized forms, objectives, and requirements for each store visit. Basic Solutions uses Repsly to tailor to your brand's needs.
With scheduling capabilities, our field team is able to keep track of the store's weekly needs for your products. Our team is able to record their store visits, with the date and time stamps to help reference different growth stages of your products. This helps keep our reps accountable and reminds them of the focus of each store with each brand!
